Guardrails. What this client wants. What this attorney signs off on, and what they want routed through a second pair of eyes. What this firm does differently for one client than for another. Flat-fee portfolios get reviewed differently from hourly matters. One client won't approve a response without a redline. Another wants to see the claims before the arguments. Your operations team holds hundreds of these conditional rules in their heads. The AI can't read a head.

Whatever they tell you is what the AI will be reading from. That answer is the specification for what you need to build first.
